THE ITINERARY
FRIDAY, OCT 17 – SATURDAY, OCT 18
✈️ Arrival in Guadalajara (GDL Airport)
Guests must arrive in GDL on or before Saturday, October 18 — we roll out the morning of the 19th for Tequila.
Arriving early? We’ve got you. Join us for casual pre-kickoff meetups at some of Guadalajara’s best bars and restaurants — a great way to ease into the experience and connect with fellow travelers.
SUNDAY, OCT 19
🚐 Journey to Tequila
Private transport takes us deep into the heart of agave country. (Approx. 90 minutes from GDL)
🏨 Check-In at Casa Salles Boutique Hotel
A stunning oasis that will be our home base. Drop your bags, take a breath — then meet us poolside.
🍹 Welcome Reception + Distillery Tour
We’re diving straight in with a private tour and tasting at El Tequileno, followed by cocktails and connection at sunset.
🍽️ Dinner at Casa Salles
Our first night together — a feast of food, drinks, and stories to set the tone.
MONDAY, OCT 20
🎓 Morning Masterclass
Start the day sharpening your leadership edge with powerful insights and practical tools.
🔥 The Distillery Trifecta
We visit Fortaleza, Arette, and Don Fulano — three iconic distilleries that each bring a different lens to the craft of tequila.
🎓 Afternoon Workshop
Another bite of wisdom before we head into the night.
💀 Día de los Muertos Party at Fortaleza
A once-in-a-lifetime cultural celebration in one of the most atmospheric distilleries in Mexico. Costumes, cocktails, music and magic.

We’re heading to the source — the fields. You’ll see (and feel) what goes into every bottle.

FLIGHTS:
Attendees should fly into Guadalajara Airport (GDL).
ARRIVE BEFORE SUNDAY, OCTOBER 19th....which means - get there by the 18th!
The airport is modern and easy to navigate.
GUADALAJARA HOTEL
Book your stay for the nights needed - Checkout Sunday Morning
Hotel Morales - great hotel in the heart of GDL. Check Expedia or another 3rd party booking site.
TEQUILA HOTEL:
We'll be taking over Casa Salles, a beautiful, modern hotel right in the heart of Tequila.
It's a short walk into town and to several distilleries.
The hotel has amazing food, a great bar and an awesome pool...so bring a swimsuit!
The hotel is included in the all-inclusive price.
ALL INCLUSIVE:
The all-inclusive price covers just about everything, while in Tequila *except for evening bar hopping
Hotel, food, non-alcoholic drinks, alcohol, tours, tastings and Fiestas.
It does NOT include your flight and transfers to/from airport to GDL hotel

How big will our group be?
This trip is limited and will sell out. We're keeping it small to enable everyone to have an incredible experience. Enrollment opens first for our coaching group and new members joining. It then opens up for bar & restaurant owners/leaders.
Who will be in the group?
This is an industry leadership trip. You must own or manage a bar or restaurant and doing 1.5M+ annual revenue.
How many days is the trip?
You need to factor on 5 days away by the time you fly in and out of Guadalajara (approx. 90 mins from Tequila).
Is Mexico Safe?
We have been traveling to Mexico for many years and have never had any issues. Tequila and Guadalajara both greatly benefit from tourism and welcome it. We've brought our kids to both Guadalajara and Tequila!
What is included in the price?
Includes: Transfer from GDL to Tequila, Tequila Hotel Accommodations, Food & Beverage (non-alcoholic/alcohol),Tours, Tastings & Educational sessions.
Excludes: Airfare, Hotel/F&B during stay in Guadalajara, Evening Bar Hopping while in Tequila.
Can I bring Tequila home with me?
Yes! All of the distilleries we'll visit have stores with bottles (some very rare) as well as brand swag. We recommend bringing an extra suitcase or at the very least, some spare room. We'll have blow-up wraps for your bottles to ensure their safe return. Please confirm the allowed amount with customs/TSA or your country of origin. (Side note...we've brought back 10 bottles at one time 🤫)
