Getting Here & Getting Ready

◆ Venue — Franklin House

59 Franklin Street, Annapolis, MD 21401
All sessions take place at Franklin House in the heart of downtown Annapolis. The venue is walking distance from all recommended hotels.

◆ BWI — Baltimore/Washington International (Closest — Recommended)

Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport is the closest and easiest option. Annapolis is approximately 30–40 minutes by car (about 27 miles). Straightforward drive with minimal traffic concerns. Rideshare, rental car, and shuttle options all available.

◆ DCA — Reagan National Airport ⚠ Traffic can be heavy

Reagan National is approximately 45–75 minutes from Annapolis (about 35 miles), but traffic out of DC — especially during rush hour — can add significant time. If flying into Reagan, plan accordingly and allow extra time for your arrival day transfer.

◆ IAD — Dulles International Airport ⚠ Traffic can be heavy

Dulles is approximately 60–90 minutes from Annapolis (about 55 miles), depending heavily on traffic. The route passes through or around the DC metro area and can be significantly delayed during peak hours. Dulles is best used when fare savings justify the longer, less predictable drive.

◆ What’s Included

• All workshop materials & workbooks
• Welcome party & evening reception (Sunday)
• Lunch both full days
• Farewell cocktails & closing reception
• Access to all sessions & roundtables
