Our coaching program is built for hospitality leaders who aim to scale their operations, boost profitability, and deliver world-class customer experiences. Program Components

1. In-Person Masterminds

Structure: Three 2.5-day sessions annually. Locations: Annapolis, MD / Domestic / International venue.

Focus Areas: Strategy alignment and operational systems. Networking and problem-solving with industry leaders.

2. Weekly Coaching Calls

Weekly Coaching Calls (See attached calendar)

**All calls are recorded and available to members

Project Calls: Tuesdays at 3:00pm EST

Office Hours: Thursdays at 3:00pm EST

Strategy Sessions: Monthly strategy session for special projects

Guest Speakers Calls: Monthly sessions featuring industry and cross-industry experts.

3. Resource Library

Comprehensive access to tools, templates, and recorded sessions. Private online community for ongoing support and collaboration.

4. Team-Level Breakout Programs

Specialized training for AGMs, supervisors, and frontline staff. Focused on skill-building, value alignment, and system implementation.

5. AI & Automation Integration

AI-enhanced training modules and operational tools. Real-time data for smarter decision-making.


Sprints: Comprehensive Focus Areas

Sprint #1 (Jan–Apr): Hospitality Machine

Purpose: Create a scalable hospitality system to deliver consistent 9/10 or 10/10 guest experiences.Focus: Vision alignment, playbook creation, and a low-cost Mystery Shopper program.

Results: Elevated guest satisfaction, empowered staff, and increased business value.

Sprint #2 (May–Aug): Human Resources

Purpose: Build a complete HR system to attract, develop, and retain top talent.Focus: Structured onboarding, skill development, and a customized Learning Management System (LMS).Results: A stronger, more aligned team with clear performance pathways.

Sprint #3 (Sep–Dec): Speed & Efficiency Program

Purpose: Optimize peak-hour performance and maximize revenue.Focus: Workflow efficiency, merit-based staffing, and real-time performance metrics.Results: Faster service, higher revenue, and continuous team improvement.
