Sprint #1 (Jan–Apr): Hospitality Machine
Purpose: Create a scalable hospitality system to deliver consistent 9/10 or 10/10 guest experiences.Focus: Vision alignment, playbook creation, and a low-cost Mystery Shopper program.

Sprint #2 (May–Aug): Human Resources
Purpose: Build a complete HR system to attract, develop, and retain top talent.Focus: Structured onboarding, skill development, and a customized Learning Management System (LMS).Results: A stronger, more aligned team with clear performance pathways.
Sprint #3 (Sep–Dec): Speed & Efficiency Program
Purpose: Optimize peak-hour performance and maximize revenue.Focus: Workflow efficiency, merit-based staffing, and real-time performance metrics.Results: Faster service, higher revenue, and continuous team improvement.
